12 Weeks Transformation Plan
This is where we start getting serious. Our trainer will check in with you regularly and make adjustments to your fitness plan to keep you on track to reaching your goals. This plan is more efficient because it gives us the appropriate time to analyze, plan and execute. Our trainers have transformed many people over the past 10 years so they know how to help you do the same. In this transformation journey, you will/will have:
- Fully customized and supported workout plan for every week, designed to meet client’s needs.
- 6 nutrition counseling sessions. Although a detailed nutrition plan will be provided from the get-go, but these counseling sessions will make sure you are achieving your results and there is no problem what so ever and accordingly, your diet will be modified.
- 6 one-to-one consultations through phone/whatsapp. Progress report and status will be checked. We’ll see what you’re up to and will guide you accordingly.
- Detailed supplement plan and guide that will not only save your money but will also not hinder your progress.
- Allow you to workout anywhere, anytime. Although having a fitness center around is more beneficial than doing at home.
