8 Weeks Transformation Plan
We write up a fully personalized 8 week training programmed for you encompassing every aspect of exercise science that will allow you to achieve your goals in the swiftest possible time. We ask every new client to keep a food diary of exactly what is consumed during the preceding week. This way we can accurately conduct a full scale audit of dietary habits and make positive changes that are particular to how you eat. This way we can accurately predict your progress, and eliminate the need for any guesswork on your part. . Once your body adapts to the current pace of things, we change the game slightly. It’s a start to your transformation journey which will/ will have:
- Fully customized and supported workout plan for every week, designed to meet client’s needs.
- 4 nutrition counseling sessions. Although a detailed nutrition plan will be provided from the get-go, but these counseling sessions will make sure you are achieving your results and there is no problem what so ever and accordingly, your diet will be modified.
- 4 one-to- one consultation through phone/whatsapp. Progress report and status will be checked. We’ll see what you’re up to and will guide you accordingly.
- Detailed supplement plan and guide that will not only save your money but will also not hinder your progress.
- Allow you to workout anywhere, anytime. Although having a fitness center around is more beneficial than doing at home.
