Counseling is the first step to any training process in any field be it fitness, education or healthcare. This free counseling session at CRF is the best way to get started on your health and fitness journey! You will be guided through goal setting so that you can pinpoint precisely what you want to achieve. You will have an introduction to nutrition and mindset and have a health and body composition test. All this will give me i.e. your trainer in-depth knowledge about you, your needs, objections, medical history, nutrition habits, etc.
In this session, I’ll ask you some questions and your answers will help me guide you in your transformation. I will motivate and encourage you by setting your goals and providing feedback to you to get the most out of them. I will also measure your strengths and weaknesses and will try to educate you in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines. After this a personalized program will be designed to suit your goals and needs.
